With its contemporary design Fount massage shower by SALUTARI® combines aesthetics and ergonomics and provides a valid help in relieving muscular tension, which melts with soft treatments, gradually performed.

The Fount Massagge shower acts to melt muscular tension which accumulate in the diaphragm area, between the stomach and the spine, affecting many internal organs; stomach, intestines, liver, pancreas, spleen, kydneys and adrenal glands.

How does it work

The Fount massage system is installed on vertical walls: the water sources are placed in correspondance with specific points of the body. With their alternating flow they will rise from the bottom up, acting on calves, knees, thighs, gluteus up to the torso, by completing few treatment cycles for a few minutes.

The waters operate for blood flow stimulation and the lymphatic system on the entire lenght of the torso, against muscle pain, back and spinal stiffness.

Once the right time and place are identified, here below you can find some exercises to be practised for fifteen minutes regularly, with no more than four days between each treatment.

While enjoying the benefits of Fount Massage on your back, follow the instructions here below:

Feet. Extend your fingers, hold the tension for 2 seconds if the muscles are not trained, up to 6 seconds if they are. Then relax for 15 seconds.
Flex your fingers trying to touch the floor with the feet sole, hold the tension for 2 seconds if the muscles are not trained, up to 6 seconds if they are. Then relax for 15 seconds.

Legs. Contract the muscles of your leg with your foot flex. Hold the tension for 2 seconds if the muscles are not trained, up to 6 seconds if they are. Then relax for 15 seconds.
Contract your thigh muscles, hold the tension for 2 seconds if the muscles are not trained, up to 6 seconds if they are. Then relax for 15 seconds. Proceed first with one leg then with the other.

Gluteus. Contract the gluteus, hold the tension for 2 seconds if the muscles are not trained, up to 6 seconds if they are. Then relax for 15 seconds.

 Abdominals. Contract your abdominals, pulling your abdomen back. Hold the tension for 2 seconds if the muscles are not trained, up to 6 seconds if they are. Then relax for 15 seconds

 Arms. Clench your and bend the forearm on your arm, holding the tension while trying to reach the shoulder with the wrist. Hold the tension for 2 seconds if the muscles are not trained, up to 6 seconds if they are. Release and relax for 15 seconds. Lay down the arm on the ground and relax.

 Back and shoulders. Push the arms against your hips and at the same time put your shoulders down and forward. Hold the tension for 2 seconds if the muscles are not trained, up to 6 seconds if they are. Release and relax for 15 seconds. Put your shoulders up, wedge your head between them and contract. Hold the tension for 2 seconds if the muscles are not trained, up to 6 seconds if they are. Release and relax for 15 seconds

Face. Frown, close your eyelids and tighten your lips. Hold the tension for 2 seconds if the muscles are not trained, up to 6 seconds if they are. Release and relax for 15 seconds. In the end, lye down for a few minutes enojoying this relaxing moment.
We recommend to end the exercises with a slow but accentuated breathing.
